The Mondasian Cybermen used to look like the first picture, but as of Closing Time, they now look like the Cybus Cybermen from Pete’s World.
Closing Time marks the first true reappearance of the original Mondasian Cybermen.
Actually pretty sure the Cybermen from The Pandorica Opens were also Mondasian Cybermen, as they were a body in a suit rather than a grafted brain.
